    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health counseling, crisis management, and behavior management techniques. The Clinician will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

    Duties

    Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

    Provide cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic interventions to clients.

    Maintain accurate medical documentation and data collection in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

    Offer crisis management support and intervention as needed.

    Work with individuals with disabilities, ensuring appropriate accommodations are made for their care.

    Engage in child and family counseling sessions to address familial dynamics and support child development.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.

    Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    Skills The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

    Proficient in medical documentation and data collection techniques.

    Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy methodologies.

    Experience working with individuals with disabilities and providing home community care.

    Expertise in mental health counseling practices.

    Ability to effectively manage crises and provide immediate support.

    Familiarity with child family counseling approaches.

    Understanding of behavior management strategies.

    Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

    Knowledge of Cyber is a plus

    Background Check required

    Driving license Required

    Bilingual is a plus

    Experience with youth

    IIC must hold clinical License: LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC Behavioral assistance- Ba and or Ma degree preferred
