Job Summary:
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Lead develops, implements, and oversees the administration of group-based services of IOP programming. The IOP lead also functions in the role as the DBT Lead for the DBT program. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced clinician and leader to have diversity in practice providing clinical/operational leadership of IOP, outpatient clinic services, and facilitating IOP services.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Candidates will have clinical licensure: LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW
Experience with IOP programming, DBT preferred
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Capability to complete and submit documentation of services provided and all other required documents in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working authentically with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists with clinical and operational development/implementation of IOP programming
Function as DBT Team lead for DBT program
Assists with DBT program development and DHS certification
Assist with growth and development of Depression IOP program
Provides IOP group coverage, as needed
Assists with interviewing, hiring and onboarding of IOP clinicians
Attends IOP rounds to provide consultation, as needed
Responsible for staffing levels across IOP tracks
Assists in implementation of outcome measures to measure program effectiveness
Maintain a collaborative commitment of 15-18 outpatient sessions per week
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines
Attend and participate in leadership meetings and trainings
Complete all 245i training requirements
