Intensivist 

Join a new ICU with 56 ICU beds.  Model is 6 Intensivists with 2 APPs.  7 on/7off block schedule, 12 hour/shifts, 14 shift/month.  Call is shared equally, and taken from home after 7pm on assigned call days.  Dedicated respiratory and pharmacy.  After hours admissions and 1st call coverage provided by IM Hospitalist.  Procedures include intubation and CVL placement.  Full resources of sub-specialties including general, cardio, neuro, vascular, maxillofacial, and ortho surgery, infectious disease. 

Academic/teaching hospital. Non-profit tertiary referral center. 420-bed hospital facility with a Level II Trauma center.  400+ medical staff.  15 member anesthesia group and 35 CRNAs provide 24/7 inhouse coverage.  

Requirements:

• BE/BC Critical Care
• AL license, or eligible
