POSITION SUMMARY
Assists and supports the InterTech Business Park & Digital Media Institute executive directors as well as the Facilities and Information Systems teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Maintain a consistent presence at the front desk to greet staff, tenants, students, guest and visitors. · Handle all Tenant relations, requests, and communications. · Monitor internal and exterior cameras. · Sets up and breaks down meetings. · Answer phone calls for InterTech One; then routes calls to appropriate recipients. · Sort and distribute US mail, overnight packages, and interoffice mail in a timely manner. · Maintains postage machine; troubleshoots and requests service for all office equipment. · Process and monitor work orders for all BRF properties. · Order and maintain inventory of building and meeting supplies, coffee and eating utensils. · Enter invoice requisitions for multiple departments as needed.
Digital Media Institute:
Collaborate with Financial Aid Coordinator with admissions process
Answer and place phone calls for the purpose of enrollment and recruitment of DMI program and courses
Organize and schedule student pre-meetings and appointments
Support teaching staff by keeping track of placement; scheduling instructor, student, and parent meetings
Purchase marketing items and office supplies
Enter invoices and requisitions into accounting software
Maintain calendars for DMI Director and DMI school
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent with general office experience. Strong computer skills are required.
