    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Interactive Banker to join our innovative banking team. The Interactive Banker will be responsible for delivering an exceptional banking experience through digital platforms, assisting clients with their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions. This role requires a blend of technological proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of banking products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement:
    - Interact with clients via video calls, live chats, and other digital communication tools to deliver personalized banking experiences.
    - Educate customers about digital banking tools, products, and services available through our platforms.

    2. Financial Consultation:
    - Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
    - Provide guidance on financial planning and investment possibilities tailored to the customer’s goals.

    3. Problem Resolution:
    - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts, transactions, and products via digital channels.
    - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

    4. Sales and Cross-Selling:
    - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services based on customer needs.
    - Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management by promoting relevant financial solutions.

    5. Technology and Innovation:
    - Stay updated on the latest digital banking trends and technologies to enhance customer interaction and service delivery.
    - Provide feedback to management on digital platform performance and customer preferences.

    6. Compliance and Security:
    - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adherence to internal policies during all customer interactions.
    - Protect customer information by practicing secure banking protocols.

    Qualifications:

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles, with a focus on digital interactions preferred, but will train the right candidate.
    - Strong understanding of banking products, services, and digital platforms.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
    - Proven ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
