Looking for Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to help support a multi-funnel marketing sales plan. If you are not getting the resources needed to close double digit loans monthly, you are working for the wrong lender. We provide high quality leads to assist in identifying qualified borrowers. We are a Direct Lender, not a Broker.
The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for contacting prospective borrowers and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. This role reports to a Retail Sales Manager and interacts regularly with the broader originator team, borrowers, prospective borrowers, processors and underwriters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Contact prospective borrower, review consumer information, structure loan proposals, set customer expectations, and provide exceptional service
● Manage lead and customer pipelines to maintaining all required compliance including timeline/milestone management, communications and customer follow-up
● Promote loan products and originate loans that comply with IMC program guidelines
● Determine borrower’s needs and provide a superior level of customer service
● Respond to borrower inquiries in a professional and timely manner
● Prepare accurate loan application(s) and required disclosures
● Work with the processing team to keep all informed of the loan’s status
● Manage operational tasks, loan pipeline and sales production reports
● Comply with all Federal and State regulations and IMC policies and procedures
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
● High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service, sales, or related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience; AND
● NMLS Exam passed, licensed in at least one U.S. state
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Must have the ability to obtain licensure in additional states (Paid for by IMC)
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
● Two or more years of recent residential refinance and purchase originating experience
● Five plus NMLS State licenses
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
● Proven track record of success, strong work ethic and results oriented
● Ability to set and achieve personal production goals
OTHER:
Regular responsibilities of this role require that the incumbent reports to work at the IMC onsite office location in the Charlotte, NC office daily.
