Interim Director Adult Care Unit- Arizona

American Consultants is looking for an Interim Director Adult Care Unity. They will serve as the Director for the unit which encompasses the medical and surgical areas of care.

Job Summary:

Performs the functions of planning, organizing, reviewing work, administering personnel matters, managing budget, establishing and maintaining logistical systems and accomplishing assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid, current, full and unrestricted nursing license to practice nursing in any state of the United States.

Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Must have and maintain a current valid Advance Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Compete Patient Sitter Competency training (upon hire)

Experience:

• Must have one year of supervisory experience as a Director or Nurse Manager
• Must have 4 years for Medical Surgical nursing experience
