HCT is seeking an experienced Nurse professional for an interim Interventional Imaging Supervisor at a 150+ bed hospital in Northern California. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage
• Perform regular rounds across department to ensure smooth operations, address concerns, and provide support to staff as needed
• Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols
• Conduct routine control checks to ensure operational procedures and quality standards are being met
• Manage the incident reporting process, documenting occurrences and ensuring proper follow-up and resolution

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of recent inpatient interventional radiology experience; 3+ years of recent Nurse Management/Supervisor experience; Able to prioritize effectively according to department needs and ability to organize a large number of changing variables; Strong communication, writing and inter-personal abilities, including skills such as attitude, diplomacy and persuasiveness, analytical ability, strong judgment and managerial skills
• License: California RN license required
• Certifications: Interventional Radiology Certificate (CRN), ACLS, BLS required
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC), and Microsoft Office suite experience
