HCT seeks an experienced Nurse leader to serve as the Manager at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Northern California. The key areas of focus for this Director are:

• Provide leadership and operational oversight of the clinical staff in the ambulatory clinics.
• Ensures staff and operations meet established state/local legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Survey readiness
• Responsibilities include oversight and leadership for the hematology clinics (outpatient), Oncology (General and Neuro), and Infusion.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive ambulatory clinical leadership and management combined with recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting required
• License: California RN License required
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS required
• Computer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred
