HCT is seeking an interim Imaging Manager for a 90+ bed hospital in Northern California. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Under the direction of the Director, planning and organizing the work of a group of technical and clerical personnel.
- Recommending appropriate processes.
- Ensuring staff accountability and promoting employee engagement/team building
- Hands-on work with patients undergoing procedures, when needed
- Promoting and supporting patient quality and safety
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, equipment replacement, in collaboration with department staff, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited imaging program required.
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of diagnostic imaging experience, two (2) years of which include experience managing diagnostic imaging services
- License: California Radiography Tech license (CRT) required.
- Certifications: ARRT required, with a subspecialty; CT, Fluoroscopy preferred
- Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record, Radiology Information System (RIS) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
