  • Responsibilities

    HCT is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager for an interim assignment at a 300+ bed hospital in Northern California. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership for the Radiology unit.
    • Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Nursing, this role will manage a team of 30 FTEs.
    • Ensuring staff accountability and promoting employee engagement/team building
    • Managing unionized personnel across all radiology modalities, ensuring efficient operations, and addressing any scheduling gaps.
    • Promoting and supporting patient quality and safety

      Requirements:

      • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Graduate of an accredited imaging program required.
      • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience, two (2) years of which include experience managing diagnostic imaging services and staff.
      • License: California Radiography Tech license (CRT) required.
      • Certifications: ARRT required.
      • Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (Cerner), Radiology Information System (RIS) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
