    Located in Oregon's Willamette Valley, our Client has been designing and building custom homes, remodels, and master-planned communities for 30 years—creating exceptional living spaces that foster real community. Based in the Salem/Portland area, their dynamic in-house residential design firm values creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, style preferences, and functional needs
    • Collaborate with drafters to guide design choices, ensure proper placement of features, and finalize floor plans
    • Assist clients in selecting finishes, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and paint colors
    • Provide expert design advice for semi-custom home builds, ensuring aesthetic cohesion and client satisfaction
    • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material samples to clients
    • Manage project timelines, ensuring selections and approvals align with construction schedules
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and emerging residential design techniques

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
    • 2-3 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential projects
    • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, drafters, and construction teams
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
