    As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Intern/Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver a World-Class Customer Experience.

    About This Role

    This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for real-world experience in a fast-growing SaaS company while balancing an internship or part-time role.

    This role can be structured as either an internship or a part-time position, depending on your experience and availability.

    Location: This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.
    Hours: 35 hours per week
    Compensation: $18/hour

    What You'll Do (Jobs to Be Done)

    Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone.
    Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.
    Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.
    Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs.
    Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience.
