    Internal Company Team Real Estate Licensed Agent We are in the business of having more real estate agents closing more real estate transactions. Will you help us get there? As a real estate licensed agent working inside of the company, you will be responsible for assisting buyers in the purchase of a new home, from showings all the way through to closing as well as for prospecting new listings. Trust Us, we will develop you to be successful. Support and coaching for the right candidate will be provided. Responsibilities: This Is What You'll Do… • Acquiring customers through leads, calls, and prospecting. • Prospect for new clients and leads. • Schedule and hold open houses. • Collaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for clients and potential clients. • Conduct buyer and seller consultations. • Assist buyers in all aspects of the home-buying process. • Assisting sellers through all aspects of the home selling process. • Schedule and show properties to buyers. • Write and negotiate contracts. • Working closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase • of a home. • Working closely with sellers to list, market, and negotiate the successful sale • of their home.
