Responsibilities: • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions • Educate patients on preventive healthcare, medication usage, and healthy lifestyle strategies • Conduct diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed • Maintain accurate, thorough medical records in compliance with legal standards • Apply Value-Based Care principles to enhance patient outcomes Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical institution • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • Valid, active medical license in Virginia • Proficient in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions • Familiar with current medical technologies, procedures, and best practices Compensation: $210,000 - $235,000 yearly
