With two convenient locations in Jamaica, Queens, and Queens Village, our practice serves a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of health needs. We recently opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art office in Jamaica, Queens, and are looking for a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician or Family Medicine Physician to join our team and help meet the growing demand for high-quality primary care.

Position Highlights:

Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physician assistants and other healthcare professionals.

Utilize Athena EMR system for efficient and streamlined documentation and patient management.

Opportunity to work in a newly opened, modern facility with cutting-edge medical technology.

Engage in care management, psychotherapy integration, and addressing social determinants of health (SDOH).

Qualifications:
