Cardinal Millwork & Supply Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. If you have a knack for building strong customer relationships and a genuine passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and is motivated to contribute positively to our team and client relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries through various channels.
Proactively generate sales leads and upselling/cross-sell when appropriate.
Provide customers with accurate and relevant information to support all aspects of their projects.
Handle customer questions and find suitable solutions promptly.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and manage the sales order process.
Adhere to established communication procedures and policies.
Respond swiftly and thoughtfully to resolve customer issues, addressing questions about products and services.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service a plus.
Demonstrated experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
QuickBooks, Microsoft, Excel. Outlook experience
Passionate about customer service with a strong focus on helping others.
Adaptable to varied customer requests and personalities, with a positive attitude.
Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
Compensation
Base pay $18.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience
Weekly pay
Schedule: Full-time 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday 7:00a.-4:00pm
