    Position Purpose

    • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
    • Understanding market and customer demands.
    • Representing the image of our client and providing excellent customer service.
    • Preparing sales quotations and maintaining good communication.
    • Routing qualified leads to the appropriate external sales executives.
    • Analyzing market opportunities to maximize sales margins.
    • Maintaining CRM opportunities and keeping them updated.

    Scope

    • Sourcing new sales opportunities through various channels.
    • Developing a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
    • Representing our client’s brand professionally.
    • Preparing and following up on sales quotations.
    • Routing leads to external sales representatives.
    • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database.

    Major/Key Accountabilities

    • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Understanding customer, product, and industry trends.
    • Gathering competitive supplier quotations.
    • Establishing relationships with key suppliers.
    • Preparing and submitting sales quotes.
    • Offering after-sales support and product add-ons.
    • Monitoring and meeting key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Providing technical solutions and assisting with product design.
    • Following up on quotations to secure profitable orders.
    • Ensuring customer details and opportunities are up-to-date in the CRM.
    • Analyzing sales costs and making pricing recommendations.
    • Preparing pricing and sales reports for business strategy.
    • Upselling additional products and services.
    • Achieving set sales targets and contributing to business growth.
