The DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR supports the Newlink Digital Marketing team through community management, industry research, content creation, data plotting and number crunching, as well as administrative functions necessary for the success of social & digital strategies. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an early adopter by nature and is driven by curiosity and passion for the digital world. A key part of the digital team, the coordinator must bring to the table a proactive and resourceful attitude, as well as an insatiable appetite for knowledge. Given the nature of this position, the coordinator must have an admirable attention to detail, as well as the ability to produce unique brand experiences through creativity and written content. This person will be challenged to push beyond their own creativity to find innovative ways to create content, review and copy-write documents, tailored specifically for the current digital landscape.
The coordinator’s day to day responsibilities will include supporting the team through industry research and bench-marking, social media monitoring and engagement, development of content calendars in coordination with the team’s content creators as well as writing social media & digital copy. The coordinator can also expect to be in charge of scheduling and publishing content for clients across multiple social & digital platforms, as well as being involved in the generation of performance reports. Additionally, It is important that the coordinator stays up to date with industry trends and that he/she constantly shares new whitepapers and industry articles with the rest of the team.
