International Enrollment Officer - Local Bay Area, CA Applicants Only Hybrid - 2 days per week in-office / 3 days per week remote The San Francisco Film School, the most innovative film school in the Bay Area, is looking to add an experienced and dynamic International Enrollment Officer. The International Enrollment Officer serves as a recruiter, driving student enrollment by proactively engaging with prospective international students and guiding them through the admissions process from inquiry to program start. Reporting to the Director of International Recruitment and Enrollment, this role is centered on achieving enrollment targets by building strong relationships, effectively presenting program offerings, and addressing concerns to facilitate a smooth transition into their academic journey. Regarding the work schedule: 2 days in office: mainly working on administrative tasks and assisting the Director of International Recruitment and Enrollment. 3 days remote: flexible to align with the schedules of prospective leads – more information to be discussed during the interview process. 2+ years in Higher Education recruitment and enrollment is required, with preference toward those with experience serving International Students. Responsibilities: Scope of Responsibilities: • Proactively engage with prospective students from lead initiation through • enrollment and program start • Meet or exceed enrollment goals through effective pipeline management • Manage assigned prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress • tracking • Responding to and advising international applicants on admission requirements • Complete initial assessments of international student applications • Develop, maintain, and refine recruitment/marketing materials • Assist the Director of International Recruitment and Enrollment with international • recruitment partnerships • Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred Skills: • CRM Experience -- knowledge of HubSpot preferred • Knowledge of rules and regulations for international students, such as student visa requirements, SEVIS fee payment processes, and visa interview preparation • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Proficient in G-Suite • Experience with multi-media tools such as Canva & Adobe Photoshop • Excellent communication skills, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with a diverse team and diverse students • Excellent people skills are necessary to provide customer-oriented support Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
