    It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for our next Project Manager to become part of our industry-leading team. If you enjoy owning and monitoring robust projects that have a strategic impact globally then this is the job for you!

    The Transformation Management Office (TMO) exists to provide the C-Suite with visibility to all major initiatives that transform IFF.  As the project manager  you play a critical role in tracking project milestones from work stream leads and consolidating information to provide regular updates to Team Leads, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. 

    ABOUT YOU:

    To be successful in this role you must have at least 5 years of Project Management experience. You have experience with project execution including resource allocation, prioritization and spending within a budget. Have the ability to build relationships with business leaders, colleagues and internal and external partners. You can effectively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate communication to appropriate parties in order to reach agreement.

     

    AS A PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME…

    • Controlling and Monitoring projects through regular meetings and updated project plans. Promoting cross-functional team collaboration, identifying and eliminating obstacles.  Driving progress through a structured approach.
    • Consolidating project plans into summarized dashboards to establish a holistic plan, flag inter-dependencies/risks, and help the EC make decisions faster 
    • Translating complex business processes into professional slides for presentation to the most senior leaders of IFF including the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

     

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in cross functional / matrix environment
    • Must possess the experience and education to understand complex problems and translate them into business objectives which are actionable
    • Must have experience working with timelines and applying project management processes to ensure accurate and on time project delivery.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills. Consistent communication across the different functions
    • Strong Communication and excellent presentation skills
    • Project Management skills
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required
    • Project Management Certification is a strong plus as is experience with integrations.*
