Qualifications
What you'll get to do:
- Oversee all aspects of third-party logistics operations including warehousing, VAS projects, transportation, inventory, and distribution. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and internal partners.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and documentation requirements. Prepare and maintain accurate and complete customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance processes for imported and exported goods.
- Monitor operational performance and costs, addressing any issues that arise.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance customer service, supply chain visibility, tracking, and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, such as route efficiency improvements and inventory management strategies, to minimize costs and improve overall logistics performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the international logistics supply chain, such as port delays, geopolitical issues, and transportation disruptions.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity and minimize the impact of unforeseen events on the company's global logistics operations.
- Assist in optimizing processes/workflows in WMS & ERP systems
- Collaborate with internal partners, upstream & downstream to allow for efficient flow of communication related to CRD, warehouse receipts and international shipments
- Lead the design, set up, and implementation for new international hubs
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Who you are:
- 1+ years previous experience in operations & 3PL activities
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in managing both international and domestic freight shipments.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS software applications, showcasing technological proficiency
- Ability to communicate productively across diverse teams to facilitate streamlined logistics processes
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft
- Strong understanding of global apparel production, logistics, and coordination.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for systematic work and a keen interest in optimizing logistics systems
- International and domestic travel required (up to 25%) including by air, ground and overnight.
- Bend, lift, open and move product up to 25lbs

The salary range for this role is $75,000 per year - $85,000 per year.
