    Job Description

    Ingram Content Group (ICG) **** is hiring an International Sales Specialist to join our team in La Vergne, TN. In this role, you will provide support to the International Wholesale Sales Team and assist in managing assigned International accounts. You will collaborate with the existing customers and prospects to represent Ingram Book Company (IBC) and Ingram UK Wholesale in the promotion, coordination and participation of selling International Wholesale programs, products, and services. The International Sales Specialist will coordinate with the Sales Manager on the day-to-day account management of Amazon International to ensure effective ordering to Ingram Wholesale utilizing internal tools/resources and Amazon Vendor Central. You’ll work with the sales team, identify prospective customers through business contacts, and participate in industry organizations. Finally, you will explain the company’s terms, policies, and procedures and, under direct supervision, integrate customers into Ingram US Wholesale and UK Wholesale.

    Required Qualifications:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • 2 years’ experience in sales OR book industry

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2 years’ experience in customer service
    • Proficient in Excel to include pivot tables and vlookup
    • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central
    • Prior experience working with formal Reporting Tools/Platforms (examples: PowerBI/Qlik).
    • Retail or wholesale experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learns to represent IBC with respect to promotion, sales, and service to a variety of international customers within a defined geographical area to potential accounts; to include all International Wholesale services including international/export programs, potential merchandise marketing planning and establishing and maintaining customer relations.
    • Monitors and helps manage Amazon International utilizing Vendor Central and internal tools to ensure the company is meeting and/or exceeding metrics/SLA’s set by the customer.
    • Assists with Amazon Vendor Central Case submissions for issue resolution.
    • Works with International Sales Managers in a project management role to initiate, monitor and manage various projects in relation to Amazon International and Ingram US Wholesale / UK Wholesale.
    • Collaborates with other Ingram departments and business units across various time zones to effectively manage and support assigned accounts.
    • Ensures high post-sales satisfaction by working with the sales team to facilitate positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
