ISSA is the International Sports Sciences Association - the first certification company for personal trainers. Our legacy is a 32 year tradition of changing people’s lives through healthier living by way of exercise, nutrition and positive mental outlook. We are looking for experienced Inside Sales talent to join our team, as ISSA continues to grow and meet the global demand for fitness, health, nutrition and personal training professionals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Use extensive knowledge of ISSA Certifications and Specializations to overcome objections, solve prospect concerns and convert leads into sales
• Make between 80-120 dials daily
• Build rapport quickly with prospective students, driving to a one-call close when possible
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including goals related to Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: 

• Enthusiastic, assertive and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales
• Excellent phone-based communication skills
• Personal passion for fitness and a desire to help others
• Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base
• Ability to commute without problems to our offices located at 7227 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020
