Dena Motors is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Internet Manager to lead our dealership’s online sales and digital presence. The ideal candidate will manage internet leads, oversee digital marketing efforts, and enhance the online customer experience to drive sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive e-commerce, lead generation, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as E-Leads. Responsibilities: Lead Management & Sales Growth • Manage inbound internet leads through CRM and respond promptly. • Engage with prospective buyers via email, chat, text, and phone to convert leads into appointments. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online inquiries to in-person visits and purchases. • Track and analyze lead conversion rates, adjusting strategies to improve performance. Digital Marketing & Online Presence • Oversee the dealership’s website, ensuring accurate vehicle listings, pricing, and promotions. • Optimize online inventory with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and competitive pricing. • Manage and enhance the dealership’s presence on third-party auto sales platforms (e.g., AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus). • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies, including paid search (Google Ads), social media ads, and email campaigns. • Monitor online reviews and reputation management across platforms like Google, Cargurus, Carfax. Customer Experience & Engagement • Maintain strong communication with online customers, providing excellent service and follow-up. • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement. • Work with the sales and finance teams to streamline online transactions and digital retailing solutions. Reporting & Performance Analysis • Analyze internet sales performance and present reports to dealership leadership. • Identify trends in lead generation, customer behavior, and conversion rates to optimize online strategies. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in internet sales, digital marketing, or online lead management (automotive industry preferred). • Strong knowledge of CRM systems(E-Leads). • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in social media management and online reputation monitoring. Compensation: $60,000-$84,000
