Earn a competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000, plus exciting bonus opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries through online platforms and effectively converting leads into customers. The Internet Sales Agent will focus on using digital tools, CRM systems, and communication channels (like email, live chat, social media, and phone calls) to drive sales and exceed targets. Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: • Respond to incoming leads via online forms, email inquiries, chat support, and social media. • Qualify and convert leads into customers through engaging, consultative sales techniques. • Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, customer communications, and lead status. Customer Communication: • Proactively reach out to potential customers through email, calls, and online messaging. • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns related to products/services. Product Knowledge: • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services. • Effectively present features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers. Sales Strategy: • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. • Work with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Data Entry & Reporting: • Keep accurate records of sales interactions, lead progress, and customer feedback. • Generate reports to analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies. Collaboration & Teamwork: • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience. • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales trends, strategies, and challenges. Qualifications: • Pleasant disposition with positive attitude. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internet or e-commerce environment. • Strong written communication skills. • Ability to speak clearly and professionally. • Comfortable working with CRM software • Familiarity with online sales techniques, including email marketing, chat, and social media sales. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple leads at once. • A positive attitude with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
