Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a love of all things e-commerce and email to participate in a remote (non-pay) internship with our team. You will gain general e-comm marketing knowledge as well as hands on experience working alongside seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

Internship Dates: April 1 - June 30 2025

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, 3 days a week

Please Note: this is a non-paying position

Intern will work closely with our Email Marketing Campaign Manager assisting in (but not limited to):

• **Email & SMS Campaign implementation ** * Implementation of campaigns and flows
• Email Campaign Strategy * Finding inspo and helping create strategy * Writing email copy
• Reporting * Assist in updating performance dashboards * Adding in metrics to reporting software

General Responsibilities + Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Lead generation assistance
• Trello updates and maintenance
• Google Drive updates and maintenance
• Social Media scheduling
• Reporting + updating performance dashboards
• Assist in resolving client issues/requests
• Possible assisting on set and/ or prep for content photoshoots (if local)

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing or similar field
• You enjoy digging into data and watching it turn into something creative
• Data-driven with ability to connect results with goals
• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• Strong awareness of industry trends
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
