Internship: Investment & Client Solutions (Summer 2025)
Job Description
For the Summer 2025 program, we are seeking several interns to support our Investment and Client focused teams.
As an intern at Wilshire, regardless of the specific team placement, you could work with institutional clients, private markets solutions, manager research, or portfolio management. Your responsibilities may include helping create presentations, addressing client inquiries, conducting analyses on portfolios, and contributing to the identification of investment opportunities.
Overall, the internship experience offers valuable insights into the workings of an investment management firm and the broader financial industry.
Our summer internship is a 10-week program for undergraduate students. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of one of our teams while gaining exposure to Wilshire’s people and culture. Our internship is designed to provide an education in investment management and Wilshire’s work specifically, along with creating a community among interns through virtual and in-person connections. As part of the intern class, you can expect a strong mentorship experience and exposure to Wilshire’s thought leaders.

This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica or Chicago offices. The application deadline is January 17, 2025.
The pay rate for this position is $25/hour. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
