At Recruitz, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our cutting-edge Interventional Radiology team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, working alongside interventional radiologists to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care through advanced medical technology and requires a blend of technical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of interventional procedures, from diagnostic angiography to complex embolizations and stent placements

• Operate advanced imaging equipment during procedures

• Prepare patients for interventional procedures and monitor their condition throughout

• Maintain sterile technique and assist with medical devices and supplies

• Administer contrast media and medications under physician supervision

• Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff

• Collaborate closely with interventional radiologists and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation

• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency procedures

• Stay current with advances in interventional radiology techniques and technologies

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography

• ARRT certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) or Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in radiologic technology, with at least 1 year in interventional radiology

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology

• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• AA or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., CT, MRI)

• Experience with advanced interventional procedures and techniques

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
