    Job Description

    As an Inventory Control Analyst, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. The Inventory Control Analyst acts as a liaison between Settlement Operations and our creditors that we utilize a data list exchange process to obtain settlements.

    What you’ll do:

    • Retrieve and analyze client and account lists from creditors to determine necessary updates or corrections, then process them through Data Loader per SOP.

    • Analyze reports to identify product update needs or processing issues. Collaborate with internal partners to determine error causes and potential solutions.

    • Write Excel macros and formulas to enhance the efficiency of list processing within the system.

    • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and currency of all received and submitted information.

    • Communicate with internal/external partners and leadership at all levels in person, via email, or through conference calls.

    • Update process documentation and perform data gathering/analysis.

    • Document and refine data exchange processes, promoting standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement.

    • Use technical knowledge to discern best practices for updating templates and creditor lists

    • Support high-impact projects and initiatives focused on operational efficiency

    • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned creditor list exchange processes Develop and implement data validation checks to ensure data integrity throughout the processing workflow

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

    • Analyze data trends and patterns to proactively address potential issues and bottlenecks

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency

    • Exercises independent judgment in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

    • Makes recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis of creditor processes, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

    • Develops and implements data processing procedures and protocols to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

    • Troubleshoots and resolves data-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

    • Serve as the main point of contact for external business partners, facilitating day to day data exchange, resolving escalated issues and coordinating support from other workgroups as needed.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience with Inventory Control in the debt settlement industry highly preferred

    • Experience working with advanced Excel concepts including but not limited to v-lookups, countifs, conditional formatting, and VBA Macros

    • 2 years’ experience in a financial services environment

    • Strong organization skills with with ability to multitask effectively and work independently

    • Strong level of attention to detail

    • Ability to draft professional emails and to clearly and effectively communicate information to all audiences

    • Experience with Salesforce and Data Loader preferred

    • You’re data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
