8:00am - 4:30pm with flexible start time

Shifts will most likely include weekends and holidays

The Role

The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for effectively manage inventory to ensure a high level of accuracy while minimizing shrink. Duties include driver check in, inspection of returned product, and a decision made for disposition of product. This position reports directly to the Quality Control Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To

• Data management of virtual inventory counts
• Maintain awareness of market trends, technology, and food safety
• Working with a warehouse management system that includes RF scanning and Inventory Control techniques
• Recording inspection results, summarizing reworks, and shrink determinations

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision and multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment 36-degrees
• Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Pallet Jack/Forklift experience a plus
