We currently have an opening for an Inventory Control Coordinator, offering a unique chance to support our Quality, Tooling, and Logistics Departments while exploring various career paths within the company.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
Coordinating directly with customers to schedule load pickups at two facilities, ensuring seamless logistics.
Generating pick tickets in the ERP system and aligning the pickup schedule with the internal team to optimize operations.
Preparing and completing shipping documentation to ensure accurate billing and tracking of shipments.
Collaborating with the production team to maintain precise inventory records of raw materials and finished goods.
Managing warehouse inventory flow at one facility, ensuring accuracy both physically and systematically.
Participating in root cause analysis to resolve quality-related issues.
Loading Trucks
Supporting the quality department with compliance-related customer requests.
Assisting in developing and maintaining quality processes and procedures.
Continuously seeking ways to enhance and improve job responsibilities.
What it takes to succeed:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Forklift certification (required).
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
The ability to organize workflow and adapt to changing priorities.
Manufacturing Experience
Work Locations:
This role involves working 50% at our Milwaukee location and 50% at our Menomonee Falls location. Flexibility to work remotely on special occasions is possible (10%).
Compensation:
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23-$26, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
