We currently have an opening for an Inventory Control Coordinator, offering a unique chance to support our Quality, Tooling, and Logistics Departments while exploring various career paths within the company.

    In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Coordinating directly with customers to schedule load pickups at two facilities, ensuring seamless logistics.

    • Generating pick tickets in the ERP system and aligning the pickup schedule with the internal team to optimize operations.

    • Preparing and completing shipping documentation to ensure accurate billing and tracking of shipments.

    • Collaborating with the production team to maintain precise inventory records of raw materials and finished goods.

    • Managing warehouse inventory flow at one facility, ensuring accuracy both physically and systematically.

    • Participating in root cause analysis to resolve quality-related issues.

    • Loading Trucks

    • Supporting the quality department with compliance-related customer requests.

    • Assisting in developing and maintaining quality processes and procedures.

    • Continuously seeking ways to enhance and improve job responsibilities.

    What it takes to succeed: 
    To excel in this role, you’ll need:

    • Forklift certification (required).

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    • The ability to organize workflow and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Manufacturing Experience

    Work Locations: 
    This role involves working 50% at our Milwaukee location and 50% at our Menomonee Falls location. Flexibility to work remotely on special occasions is possible (10%).

    Compensation: 
    This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23-$26, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
