BeMobile, Inventory Coordinator – Logistics

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Logistics based out of our Grand Forks, ND location. BeMobile Verizon is a growing company with progressive training and leadership development programs. This position oversees merchandise returns, reverse logistics of inventory with vendors, demonstration devices on sales floors, and certain inventory departmental programs with vendors.
As an Inventory Coordinator - Logistics, you will be expected to:
2 years of higher education or equivalent relevant work experience.
Attention to Detail – a strong focus on ensuring accuracy, maintaining high quality, and delivering reliable results consistently.
Problem Solving – proactively seeking the most effective solutions to challenges, demonstrating a strong willingness to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Organization – excels in maintaining structure and efficiently completing tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity.

Manage the RMA process for returned products, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and resolution with device vendors.
Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of demo phones, ensuring they remain functional, updated, and transitioned as needed.
Generate recurring inventory reports that provide actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.
