We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator – Logistics to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. This role plays a key part in overseeing merchandise returns, reverse logistics, demonstration devices, and inventory programs with vendors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Reverse Logistics & Returns Management

    Manage the RMA process for returned products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to device vendors.

    Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of demo devices on sales floors, ensuring they remain functional, updated, and transitioned as needed.

    Handle vendor-related inventory programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

    Inventory Reporting & Organization

    Generate recurring inventory reports with actionable insights for the Inventory Director and other stakeholders.

    Maintain structure and workflow efficiency in inventory processes to support optimal productivity.

    Collaboration & Problem-Solving

    Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to resolve inventory-related challenges.

    Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions proactively.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Education & Experience:

    2 years of higher education or equivalent relevant work experience.

    Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
