    Job responsibilities

    · Receive, inspect, sort, organize, and stocking of goods and materials. · Perform weekly/monthly planned and ad-hoc physical stock count and maintain accurate inventory in company’s system of records. · Create shipping documents in company’s system of records and shipment of hardware. · Pack and unpack items properly to mitigate the possibility of damage. · Ship packages both domestically and internationally · Communicate with customers regarding their order status, track shipment status. · Coordinate with third-party services to assist with and resolve any shipment issues. · Coordinate with third-party services to complete any import, export, duty, Power of attorney or other documentation. · Initiate a claim with the third-party services in case of any shipment disputes and follow up until closure. · Arrange deliveries, order supplies. · Tracking daily and weekly operations, Inventory, part replacement, repair and reporting. · Coordinate with suppliers, receive quotes, and submit to manager for approval prior to placing orders. · Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to place inventory and customer orders. · Manage post sale warranty of hardware. · Conduct testing of components as needed to complete the warranty process or other ad hoc system tests. · Respond to inquiries through phone calls and emails. · Any other tasks assigned by manager or company. · Coordinate with inventory logistic associates from other locations to manage inventory.

    Preferred Qualifications · High School Diploma, Associate degree or higher Preferred · Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a professional business environment performing a similar role. · Good verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications. · High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills. · Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn. · Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision. · Experience with inventory management or similar software is beneficial. · Team player, willing to help and support other employees and departments.

    Job requirements and working conditions.

    · Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening. · Must be able to work long hours seated and in front of a computer. · Must be able to perform physical labor involving bending, kneeling, and lifting. Logistics handling will require physically receiving, unpacking, moving, sorting, organizing, and storing of goods and equipment. · Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings based on customer demand.
