Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Inventory Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of supplies, supplements, and lab orders within our high-end wellness center. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining flow and precision in our daily operations—ensuring the right items are in stock, every room is prepared, and all patient materials are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

📦 Inventory & Supply Chain Management

Build and maintain the Energy4Life Inventory System, establishing protocols and best practices for supply tracking

Oversee GetHealthy platform: manage all patient supplement orders, auto-ships, and inventory dispatches

Maintain 6–10 weeks of inventory stock at all times—never running out of essential supplies or supplements

Order and manage inventory for:

Medical supplies

Patient supplements

Lab test kits

Stock all clinical, treatment, and staff rooms daily, ensuring every space is fully prepared

🚚 Logistics & Fulfillment

Handle all UPS/FedEx shipments and receiving, including cleanup, storage, and package prep

Oversee creation and fulfillment of Clear Mind bottle packaging and branding

Pack and ship lab kits and supplement packages to patients as needed

Ensure patient rooms are fully stocked and set up for every appointment

🧬 Lab & Patient Coordination

Check and upload lab results daily into the system

Ensure all doctors’ orders are processed accurately and completely

Provide support to Detect Kit Concierge team with fulfillment and patient service

Coordinate and track supplement sales and auto-ship program accuracy

Maintain pSat (patient satisfaction) metrics for supplement ordering and fulfillment accuracy

🧑‍⚕️ Clinical Operations Support

Assist Medical Assistant (MA) team when short staffed

Maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and flow in the back office and patient rooms

Serve as a key player in ensuring operational readiness across the clinical environment

Success Metrics:

Zero stock-outs of essential medical supplies, supplements, and lab kits

Maintain 6–10 weeks of inventory at all times

Accurate and timely fulfillment of all patient orders and auto-shipments

High patient satisfaction with supplements and order fulfillment

Daily lab results uploaded without delay or error

Rooms consistently prepped and stocked to Energy4Life standards

Ideal Candidate:

2–3+ years in inventory, logistics, or clinical operations (wellness/medical setting preferred)

Meticulously organized with a system-building mindset

Hands-on and comfortable with fulfillment, restocking, and shipping tasks

Tech-savvy and able to manage platforms like GetHealthy or EHR integrations

Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Enthusiastic about supporting a mission-driven, high-integrity healing environment
