Now, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our repair department as an Inventory Movement Specialist / RMA Clerk

    Responsibilities

    • Direct the movement of product from the warehouse into the repair area, then into our Outlet Center

    • Manage inter-company transfers to ensure seamless inventory flow across our network

    • Serve as a point of contact with the vendors and our scrap team to manage the outward flow of goods

    • Work within the Warehouse Management System to ensure the proper flow of goods

    • Ensure all product conversions are completed on a daily basis (work done by product techs)

    • Assist in identifying areas for improvement in inventory control procedures

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with teams

    • Direct all scrap procedures and ensure proper documentation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred

    • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or related field

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
