Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 • Comprehensive offered benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with matching contributions. • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Manage inventory of auto parts, ensuring adequate stock levels • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for parts purchases. • Oversee the sales process for auto parts, including pricing, quoting, and order fulfillment. • Train and supervise staff in parts sales techniques and customer service standards. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing revenue and improving profitability. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in auto parts and/or sales • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and the ability to read schematic diagrams. • Strong customer service skills • Ability to manage people and inventory effectively • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
