About the Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced inventory specialist to join our team at Caddyshack Golf Cars in La Quinta, CA. Position interacts both with internal staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Ordering parts for stock and for specific build and service needs, so must be accurate

Accurate and timely receiving of parts

Keep detailed, accurate records of inventory and parts transactions both within the DMS system and in between stores

Assist with parts sales and customer inquiries

Assist service technicians with identifying and ordering OEM parts for repairs

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department

Requirements:

Prior experience with an inventory management system

Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks during season, and in off season use time to organize, clean, and prepare for season

A desire to provide excellent customer service a must
