    Job Description

    We seek an experienced Inventory Project Analyst to oversee our organization's planning, implementation, and management of inventory-related projects. The successful candidate will drive efficiencies, optimize inventory management processes, and ensure accurate inventory levels that align with operational goals.

    Compensation Range: $60,850 — $74,550

    ** Principle Responsibilities**

    • Maintain a project list detailing all special inventory projects and efforts to reduce excess inventory and obsolescence: Status movement, communication, and action items for all involved.
    • Complete projects by coordinating activities between warehousing, quality engineering, and rework teams and obtaining necessary supplies.
    • Critical thinking and adaptability to direct all aspects of the project and pivot as different needs arise while still adhering to project schedules
    • Reduce inventory obsolescence via effective project management, creative rework opportunities, and detection of issues that generate obsolescence, along with strong communication with stakeholders.
    • Present status of the project list monthly to leadership
    • Assist teams with reducing customer compliance costs.
    • Assist teams with projects to improve warehouse performance and reduce damage.
    • Provide backup support for the SAP Logistics team in processing customer orders and purchase orders.
    • Maintain RGA disposition reports as well as coordinate inquiries from rework team to supply chain, project management, and/or engineering.
    • Assists with other tasks/projects as required.

    • Ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks to projects
    • Moderate to advanced skill with Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. Ability to deal with all levels of employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Highly motivated and extremely well-organized.
    • A continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and develop new and better approaches to completing projects.
    • Thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

    ** Experience/Experience**

    • This position is a full-time, in-office role. Sometimes, it may be necessary to work additional hours to accomplish the required tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge of SAP a plus.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
    • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
    • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
    • 2-4 years of experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience
