Job Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to move, organize, and retrieve inventory safely.

Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Conduct cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Assist in receiving, storing, and staging materials for shipment.

Report and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to optimize storage and inventory flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Experience operating a reach truck (certification preferred but not required). ✅ Minimum 1-2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience. ✅ Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and WMS. ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. ✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✅ Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
