Inventory Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage and maintain accurate stock levels in our distribution center. You’ll perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, track inventory movement, and support warehouse operations. Experience with inventory software and warehouse systems is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits

• Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records

• Track inbound shipments and inventory movement

• Use WMS to update stock data

• Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, and Purchasing teams

• Support annual physical inventory

• Operate warehouse equipment (if certified)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations

• Proficient with inventory software/WMS (SAP, NetSuite, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• FTZ experience a plus
