    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team! As our Inventory Coordinator, you will maintain a running list of all inventory, supplies, and equipment. You will also be conducting audits as necessary, assisting with employee training so that everyone is following best inventory practices, and creating reports on inventory issues. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, familiarity with a warehouse environment, and great communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Maintain an accurate list of all inventory locations and amounts

    Conduct audits and inventories, as needed

    Assist with training new and existing employees on basic inventory tracking and management policies

    Review and adjust existing policies on inventory management, or create new policies based on best practices

    Create reports on inventory management and loss, and present these reports to upper management

    Coordinate shipping and receiving, and manage any concerns

    Perform all duties in alignment with OSHA and company safety policies

    Qualifications

    Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred

    Experience and knowledge with inventory control and management techniques and systems

    Strong organizational and analytical skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Excellent communication skills
