    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    A. Purpose and Scope

    The Inventory & Shipping Controller / Project Manager is responsible for all shipping and inventory oversight for Safepoint Scientific, as well as, various project management tasks.

    B. Responsibilities

    Making sure all shipping needs are completed in a timely manner, inventory is continually tracked within the CRM, and customer outreach regarding project management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    All shipping needs of any kind are completed within a timely manner

    Inventory is continually tracked in the CRM (scanning of barcodes, IMEI #, etc)

    All received shipments are accurately checked in and accounted for within the CRM and corresponding sales orders/purchase orders/packing slips

    Calibration certificates accompanying all hardware are scanned into the database

    Product Labeling

    Protocol and Binder preparation for all service jobs

    Oversight for all returned products (RMAs) both to Safepoint and to product manufacturers

    Meter Maintenance (maintaining records of certs, tracking)

    Continual communication and updates on status of deliveries both to Safepoint and for customers

    Collection of work orders and protocols turned in and scanned to the one drive

    Distribution of correct equipment to be calibrated in house from SO’s

    Shipment and tracking of trade show items

    Potential project management tasks including securing of all information regarding introductory needs, welcome packet, technology requests, etc

    C. Organization Relationships

    The Inventory & Shipping Controller reports to the National Service Director.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Education, Experience, Technical Requirements & Skills

    Ability to use Microsoft programs and CRM inventory tracking software.

    Ability to multitask and also be thorough

    Attention to detail and accuracy of work

    Highly organized

    Strong communication and verbal skills

    Ability to lift at least 25lbs; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
