DUTIES: The main responsibilities in this role will be both independent and at times working with others to solve issues. Your main focus will be directing callers to the correct team member and assisting clients to place orders. Ensure each order has the correct products being shipped.

Answering calls: Our phone lines are active from 8:00 am-4:00 pm PST. Our company offers a variety of products and most callers will have some questions as to why or which brand to choose. Answer with a polite attitude and be willing to say “Let me find out for you” if you don’t know the answer with certainty.

We are not in the business of just making a sale. We want every order to fit what our client needs. Once products are selected, you will assist clients through checkout by collecting the billing and shipping information. Often the clients will only need an answer to a question and they will place the order themselves online. Product picking: Once an order has been placed it is our job to make sure each order containing our products has the correct parts on the order. Simply print the order, find the correct product from our stock room and deliver to the shipper who will package and create the correct shipping label. This task will help you gain a better understanding of the products.

Processing orders: Through our database you will be able to make notes, see past orders, and finish an order’s progression from inception to completion.
