Investment Administrator Coastal Wealth Coastal Wealth, a MassMutual Firm Miami, FL 33142 Job description We are a growing financial planning and advisory firm looking for an investment administrator to handle day-to-day activities regarding client accounts. This is not a sales role but there is a bonus incentive for bringing over new assets from existing clients and referrals based on firm minimums. The bonus will also have a component, based upon client retention and satisfaction. Your role will be to join in on most client account reviews along with firm partners, including fielding calls during random economic/market events. Eventually, these review meetings may be conducted without the senior advisor present. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year Ability to Commute: • Miami, FL 33142 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Miami, FL 33142: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Portfolio analysis, construction, & existing model optimization. There is software in place to automate much of this so your role will mostly include utilization of those programs. There is also a parent office investment team which can be used as a resource • Retirement plan contribution tracking, including TPA & CPA coordination • Relaying information to the service team from client review meetings (changing bank info, beneficiaries, account titling, address changes, etc.). You will not be required to make these changes yourself • Researching platform investment options including alternatives. The parent office investment team may be leveraged for this Qualifications: • Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial analysis, and financial services • Proficiency in math • Basic understanding of investment and retirement account taxation • Familiarity with investment management and wealth management • Series 7 and Series 66 preferred • Series 7 and Series 66/65 Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
