Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • A consistent top performer in sales • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • Sales experience preferred – go-getter mindset • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Desire to help others • Strong business acumen • Perseverance in the face of a challenge • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts • Bilingual Speaking (English/Spanish) A Plus Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
