    Job Description: Investment Associate – AI-Focused Venture Capital Fund

    We are seeking a highly driven Investment Associate to join our AI-focused venture capital fund. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States and possess a strong background in venture capital, startups, or related fields. This role requires a solid understanding of AI technologies, experience in due diligence, and the ability to support fundraising efforts by identifying and engaging with Limited Partners (LPs).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fundraising Support :
      • Identify potential LPs and arrange meetings for the CEO to support fundraising efforts.
      • Build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
    • Due Diligence : * Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation. * Assess the viability of AI-focused startups by analyzing their business models, team expertise, and growth potential.
    • Market Research : * Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and related technologies to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
    • Collaboration : * Work closely with the CEO and senior team members to develop investment strategies and execute deals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 1–2+ years of experience in venture capital, startups (as a founder or early employee), or investment banking.
    • Solid understanding of AI technologies and their market applications is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and market research.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with LPs and startup founders.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
