About this Unique Role You’ll work alongside top Private Wealth Advisor Michael Waxberg, supporting his extensive client base in a role focused on client management and operational excellence:
Client & Account Support: Manage a portfolio of accounts, oversee portfolio rebalancing and distributions, and perform general account maintenance.
Compliance & Reporting: Track client alerts, prepare quarterly portfolio reviews, and maintain compliance-ready client files.
Operational Efficiency: Address client inquiries, collaborate with advisors, and implement improvements to enhance team workflows.
Disclaimer: This role title and duties are interchangeable with that of a Private Wealth Services Associate. Please do not apply for both.
Qualifications - Please Read Through Thoroughly
Bachelor’s degree - required
Active FINRA registration (Series 7, 63, or 66)
CFP, CIMA, or WMCP certification in progress or complete
5+ years of experience in financial operations (trades, tax loss harvesting, account management)
CA Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)

Patricia Isaak, Director of Marketing/Business Affairs: Patricia, with 25 years in HR, supports NM’s marketing and engagement strategies, cheering on her three kids at soccer games in her free time.
Juan Baron, Managing Partner: Leading operations across Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Nevada, Juan started with NM in 2005. He’s a Pacific Palisades resident and chairs the finance committee at Our Lady of Malibu Catholic Church.
Aristea Simvoulakis, Chief Recruiting Officer: Aristea joined as an intern and now leads recruiting across SoCal and Nevada. She’s a West LA resident with a love for travel.
