We cover the whole state of KY • Commission-based • Contacts provided • Training + Coaching Full-time, Monday-Friday Responsibilities: • Manage leads, establish connections, and nurture relationships with potential clients in our company's database. • Conduct meetings with homeowners who are eager to sell their properties quickly for cash. • Skillfully handle objections and excel in negotiation tactics. • Maintain and organize leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups with potential clients. • Showcase proficiency in utilizing technology such as smartphones, computers, apps, and CRM systems. • Proactively engage in cold calling to spark conversations about our innovative real estate solutions. • Cultivate strong relationships by scheduling and overseeing appointments, and tailoring unique experiences for each lead. • Stay engaged with prospects through effective follow-ups, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
